Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a suitably experienced contractor to deliver works comprising of the fire repair of a mid-terraced retail premises with residential flats above, within a row of similar properties. The work proposed will include: - the strip out, removal and replacement of all fire damaged wiring to the retail unit and the front UPVC window to the first floor flat. Full post fire clean, Repairs to retail unit ceiling. Installation of new suspended ceiling to retail unit, apply latex to retail unit floors, installation of new shop front and signage, clean down of external brickwork and internal decoration.
