Day-to-day operation of the facility in accordance with Cork City Council requirements, organising routine maintenance, carrying out routine cleaning, taking bookings, operating coffee dock, leading/guiding tour groups, delivering educational workshops on-site and outreach, collecting fees, lodging all income to Cork City Council in accordance with protocols, reporting monthly statistics to Cork City Council, developing new business opportunities for the facility, marketing the facility, meeting the requirements of Cork City Council and customers.
