Tender description

An evaluation of the revenue side of the Integrated Care Fund (ICF), established as a preventative programme aimed at meeting people’s care and support needs through the provision of more joined up and seamless services. The evaluation will aim to assess the perceived and/or potential impact of the ICF in creating system and behaviour change to improve capacity to meet people’s health and social care needs.
