Tender description

This is notification of a market information exercise and may not necessarily lead to any future procurement process. In the event that it does proceed, it is not yet certain which procurement route will be followed. Hampshire County Council is carrying out a market engagement exercise to alert the supply chain of the procurement of specialist technical transportation and engineering services together with infrastructure development and support. The framework will provide a collaboration of several suppliers with proposed services being divided into two lots. The current proposals are for a four-year multi-supplier framework, with lot A covering all public authorities within the geographical area of England, and Lot B covering all public authorities within the whole South East and South West regions. • Transportation planning, transport assessment modelling; • Highways management and engineering, highway and structure design; • Safety audit, engineering and management; • Waste disposal infrastructure and development; • Transportation and civil engineering specialisms; • Flood and water management; • Railway and rapid transit infrastructure; • Ecological and environmental specialisms; • Sustainable and community integration. • Transportation and civil engineering specialisms; • Analysis and interpretation of transport data; • Intelligent design tools; • Stakeholder engagement, relationship management and collaborative systems; • Business development and business cases; • Master planning and sustainable integration.
