Engineering design services for mechanical and electrical installations for buildings

Tender description

East Renfrewshire Council is looking to establish a framework to provide it's property and technical service the ability to procure consultants they can use to undertake small mechanical and electrical consultancy services as part of capital plan and other works. The majority of these appointments will have a purchase order value between GBP 1000-GBP 10000. This lot will be awarded to the most economically advantageous bidder who will act as a term consultant for the council's property and technical service providing a variety of mechanical and electrical consultancy/ design service as required by direct award call-off contracts. This lot will be for M and E services with fee value below GBP 10 000. Purchase orders within this lot will generally be between GBP 1 000-GBP 9 999. However some maybe below GBP 1 000. This lot will be awarded to the 3 most economically advantageous bidder. The Council will then conduct mini competitions for individual packages of mechanical and electrical consultancy/design service. This lot will be for M and E Services with fee value above GBP 10 000.
