Southampton City Council invites applications from suitably experienced firms/organisations who wish to tender for the demolition of the Weston Parade Southampton. This is likely to include the erection of hoardings, the removal of asbestos, the demolition of the buildings and the removal from site of the arising and debris, the removal of foundations and underground services and drainage and backfilling to leave site level Estimated Value of Requirement: : £650,000 Deadline for expression of interest: 22nd April 2013 Time: 12:00 Address to which expressions of interest must be sent: john.taylor@southampton.gov.uk Applicants will be required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. Deadline for the submission of the completed Pre-Qualification Questiionaire is 22nd April 2013. Time 12:00 . A minimum of three and a maximum of eight tenderers will be invited to tender for the works.
