Following award of the construction contract in late 2021, it is expected that work on site will commence in late 2022 and continue for 5 years. Following completion of the works, there will be an extended maintenance period of 5 years. Highways England seeks a delivery assurance partner as part of Highways England's leadership team to assist with the delivery assurance of this construction contract.
