<p>The scope of this &lsquo;Expression of Interest&rsquo; covers the following key requirements: Consultancy services including but not limited to audits, stock condition surveys, technical consultancy and advice with regards to Electrical, Fire, Gas and M&amp;E. The provision of these services will relate to works carried out in all Orbit residential and communal properties across its property portfolio in the UK geographies of the Midlands, the East and South East: &mdash; Estates 2 085, &mdash; Blocks 2 516, &mdash; Domestic properties 42 831. Potential suppliers whom have the capability to fulfil each of the below key requirements to Orbit&rsquo;s entire portfolio, are invited to express their interest: (i) Audits Electrical, Fire, Gas and M&amp;E &ndash; Site Visits and Desktops surveys on completed EICR, Gas servicing, Fire Detection and Alarm installations, compartmentalisation and Fire Doors. Plant Room inspections. (ii) Stock condition Surveys &ndash; post install visits on fire alarm and detection installations. (iii) Technical Consultancy Electrical, Fire, Gas and M&amp;E &ndash; Quality assurance on installation and servicing. VFM reviews on quoted installations. (iv) Advice Electrical, Fire, Gas and M&amp;E &ndash; Ad hoc consultancy in relation to technical issues and produce professional reports outlining key recommendation that include cost/benefit analysis as well as Technical advice for tenders and the ability to create specifications for tenders (v) Provider that has national coverage, that has worked in partnership or alongside a social housing provider, and recognises their changing requirements; (vi) Reviewing and producing SOR&rsquo;s for contracts (vii) Project management ability for high risk/high cost/specialist works</p> Keywords: Audit Services, Stock condition Survey, Consultancy, Gas, Fire, M&E
