Construction work for water projects

Tender description

NWL are looking to establish a number of select lists to support the delivery of its capital programme. The works relate to construction and engineering works on its water and waste water networks and treatment plant in both its Northumbrian Water Operating Area and the Essex and Suffolk Water Operating Area. We are looking to establish lots for: Lot 1: Water and Waste Water Network Construction and Engineering for Northumbrian Water Operating Area: Framework value: GBP 10 million-GBP 50 million; Lot 2: Water and Waste Water Treatment Construction and Engineering — Northumbrian Water Operating Area: Framework value GBP 10 million-GBP 50 million; Lot 3: Water Treatment Construction and Engineering — Essex and Suffolk Water Operating Area: Framework value GBP 10 million-GBP 50 million. Projects released through these lists will be competitively tendered between the participants (although lower value schemes could be directly awarded) and the schemes will generally be in the range of GBP 500 000 to GBP 10 million. No work is guaranteed through these select lists. Capital works for infrastructure projects. This may include new assets, renewals, modifications and refurbishments. Including but not limited to water and wastewater networks projects e.g. sewer flooding schemes, strategic water mains, sewer refurb and rehabilitation, etc. Capital works for its treatment assets (non-infrastructure projects). This may include new assets, renewals, modifications and refurbishments. Including but not limited to water, sewage and sludge treatment facilities, pumping stations, boreholes and service reservoirs. Capital works for non-infrastructure projects. This may include new assets, renewals, modifications and refurbishments. Including but not limited to water treatment facilities, pumping stations, boreholes and service reservoirs.
