Construction work for multi-dwelling buildings and individual houses

Tender description

Homes England is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to replace the Delivery Partner Panel (DPP3) for housebuilders, contractors and residential developers to work with Homes England and other contracting authorities who may wish to develop homes on land that they own. The DPS aligns with Homes England's mission and objectives as set out in our Strategic Plan (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/homes-england-strategic-plan-201819-to-202223). The intention is for the DPS to run for 10 years and be split into categories for the delivery of small (up to 70 homes), medium and large (over 200 homes) development sites. The scope of the DPS will include all activities necessary to construct housing and associated infrastructure, marketing and sales and transfer of freehold to eventual owners. The Delivery Partner DPS will be a key tool for the delivery of Homes England's housing-led developments. The DPS will be used by Homes England and also be made available to other public bodies as part of Homes England's enabling role. The Scope of Works is under development and will be disclosed when the procurement commences.
