Tender description
Refurbishment of a disused Grade II listed church tower on the grounds of St John the Baptist Church, Shenstone. The tower is to refurbished both internally and externally, made structurally sound and converted into a visitor centre that is to be open to the public. We are looking for main contractors to engage in our pre-qualification process for the scheme. Please contact us to express your interest. Tender documents will be released on 25 January 2021.
