Carlow Tourism IT Computer & Infrastructure - Carlow Tourism wishes to upgrade its computer systems.

Tender description

There are five main elements to this tender request: 1. Within this element tenderers are asked to provide two different price options in respect of each of the following: Option 1 - 6 desktop PC’s – price per single desktop also required. One of the 6 units to be priced with 2 x 24” screen. Full installation of all equipment at the offices of Carlow Tourism CLG. Option 2 - 6 laptops with docking stations and 6 x 24” Lenovo Monitors. 1 of the 6 units to be priced with 2 x 24” screen. Price per single laptop with monitor and docking station also required. Full installation of all equipment at the offices of Carlow Tourism CLG. 2. Removal and disposal of 6 PC’s and 1 laptop wiping of all data from each in line with GDPR requirements. 3. The company currently operates a Google G-Suite system. The company would be open to moving to Office 365 and tenderers should provide a price for same including migration of all data to new system and network. Tenderers should also quote for the latest version of Microsoft Office as the Google G-Suite system should be retained. 4. Full data encryption in line with all GDPR requirements 5. Recommendations in respect of three printers, capable of printing in colour and to A4 size. HP Model preferred. Full installation required.
