Tender description
The successful bidder shall be appointed as the Main Contractor for the refurbishment works which include the following : i) Demolition ii) General building remedial works. iii) Upgrade electrical/ fire alarm system The Main Contractor shall accept responsibility for providing all of the construction works associated with and necessary for the completion of this main contractor package.
