Tender description
Configuration and installation of equipment for use in a formal Council committee meeting setting and other settings as identified in the Specification. This will be across three spaces (Council Chamber 1, Council Chamber 2 and the Ferneley Room) at Melton Borough Council, Parkside, Burton St, Melton Mowbray LE13 1GH. Alongside the installation, the contract will also be for ongoing maintenance of the equipment. The maintenance contract will have an initial period of 36 months with an option to extend for two further periods of 24 months, making 84 months in total (36+24+24).
