Tender description

The purpose of this Tender competition is to procure a Works Contractor & PSCS to construct the proposed extension as designed by the Employer under a GCCC contract. The appointed Works Contractor shall also be required to act as PSCS in accordance with and as defined in the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 2005 and the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013. This is Stage 1 of a Restricted Tender Procedure.
