Tender description
Coventry City Council are looking to appoint a supplier to provide alarm monitoring services. This will include the monitoring of both intruder and fire alarms. The alarm monitoring services supplier will immediately notify to authorised person(s) agreed by the Council. The types of sites include corporate buildings, schools and any other customers of Coventry City Council. This contract does not require the supplier to carry out a response service. An Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) to BE EN 50518 or BS5979 or equivalent, is required to carry out alarm monitoring, including notification. There are currently approximately 270 alarms, including Dualcom, DSP, Redcare, Digi Air and Digicom. The portfolio includes a ranges of sites from Corporate buildings, schools, residential homes and day centres. We are looking for a provider to transfer the current stock by 1 April 2021.
