Air conditioning upgrade and roof repair works to Civic Centre Art Gallery

Tender description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake the replacement of roof mounted air handling units including refurbishment or replacement of ductwork, insulation and associated equipment serving the Southampton Civic Centre Art Gallery. The works include builders work to repair or replace the existing roof and roof lights including secondary glazing to existing roof lights. The works are to be carried out in an occupied building open to the public and require a high level of supervision and workmanship.
