Tender description

The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA)/Midland Metro Ltd (MML) is looking to procure a suitable partner(s) to provide advertising as a concession in order to secure additional commercial income to help meet the costs of running and maintaining some of its key facilities across the West Midlands area. This tender is made up of three lots and bidders can bid for any lot, any combination of lots or all three lots. The lots are as follows: • Lot 1: Advertising at bus stations and interchanges • Lot 2: Advertising at Metro stops • Lot 3: Advertising on trams In order to access the documents and submit a bid please do so through BravoSolution, the WMCA's e-tendering portal (https://wmca.bravosolution.co.uk). The tender reference is itt_888 and if you are not already registered on BravoSolution it is free and usually only takes a few minutes to do so. Each Lot is being evaluated on the basis of 60/40 quality/price and the return date for bids is no later than 12.00 noon on Friday 22 January 2021 via BravoSolution. If you have any clarification questions the deadline for submitting them is 1200 noon on Wednesday 13 January 2021 also via BravoSolution. Please note that we are holding a pre-tender briefing session for organisations who are interested in tendering on Tuesday 22 December 2020 between 11.00 – 12.00 to be held via MS Teams.
