Tender description

Monaghan County Council requires the services of a Civil Engineering Led Design Team service to include the roles of Urban Architect, Landscape Architect, Structural Designer, Quantity Surveyor and the roles of PSDP Services. The Project is located at Main Street, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan. • A detailed design of a new public realm (to tender stage) for the Main Street area and Bridewell Lane Area; • Detailed design and development of appropriate management structures for enhanced public market at the Southern end of Main Street. • Provision of a water Feature in the area at the Southern end of Main Street in the area outside Boylan’s Pub. • A detailed engineering design of all ancillary access roads and infrastructure necessary for the above elements. A copy of the Carrickmacross Town Public Realm and Economic Plan 2018 is attached as part of these documents for guidance.
