Tender description

RMBC are seeking suitable providers to meet the Council's need for the supply, installation, maintenance and repair of litter bins across the Borough. This requirement primarily includes the provision of solar smart bins, standard street litter bins and dual purpose litter/dog waste bins. This tender contains multiple lots as follows: Lot 1 - Solar bins Lot 2 - Litter bins and dual purpose bins It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 08/02/2021 and will run for a period of 3 years making the expiry date 07/02/2024. The contract will have an option to extend by 1 x 12 month extension at the sole discretion of the Council making the latest possible expiry date 07/02/2025.
