Tender description
VALENTIA ISLAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (VIDC) are in the process of developing the proposed Transatlantic Cable Experience at The Valentia Cable Station, Knightstown, Valentia Island, County Kerry. VIDC is seeking responses from experienced specialist service providers to supply exhibition concept, design development and interpretative content generation, production specification services, installation and other related servicesto the Transatlantic Cable Experience. Approximately 160.1m2 of the internal space is allocated to the exhibition which is anticipated to centre around the establishment of the Transatlantic Cable on the island, the key characters in this ground breaking enterprise and how it shaped the global communications system for generations.
