Tender description
Chelmsford City Council are seeking a ticketing solution for the Civic Theatre, Cramphorn Theatre, Hylands House Estate and for all other events held by the Council. The Council sells around £2.2m worth of tickets annually. Sales are made online, by phone and in person. This process will be run in Delta eSourcing.
