Tender description

The Higher Education Authority (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to a multi-supplier framework agreement (the “Framework Agreement”) for the provision of the services as described in Section A to this RFT (the “Services”). The procurement will result in the award of a multiple Framework Service Contract in cascade with three (3) successful contractors using a Cascade Mechanism to award Call-Off Contracts. In summary, the Services comprise: The Provision of Temporary Agency Staff for the Higher Education Authority and Irish Research Council for temporary contracts no longer than 6 months.
