Tender description

The works will consist of the upgrade and repair works at 12 No. Donegal County Council owned vacant housing units within the Glenties Municipal District at various locations in Creeslough, Dunfanaghy, Falcarragh, Gweedore, Annagry, Burtonport, Dungloe, Doochary areas of the Glenties Municipal District all located in Co. Donegal. The works involve the following: • Kitchen Replacement/repairs, • Plumbing & Heating repairs and upgrades, • Electrical Repairs and upgrades, • Windows and doors repairs and other internal and external essential repairs. • Upgrading of wall and attic insulation • Chimney cleaning and roof ventilation installation consisting working on roof. • Ground works in some instances including fencing, footpaths, etc • All other internal and external works associated with upgrading these vacant properties
