Tender description
To fulfil pre-planned requirements as specified by the Council’s Highways and Transportation and Social Services departments only. Contracts for a maximum 4-year term. No minimum contract term. Although contracts will be pre-planned, they may be to fulfil short term requirements which may be limited to a single 1-way journey Individual single or return journeys. Journeys may be at any time of day or night. Journeys may be on any day, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and all other public holidays. Journeys may be between locations: — within the City and County of Swansea, or — within the City and County of Swansea and outside the City and County of Swansea and vice versa, or — outside the City and County of Swansea. Services may be required at short notice. Dynamic purchasing system for the provision of taxi services.
