Tender description
Hull City Council invited qualified and interested suppliers to tender for the provision of a contract to secure a revised targeted early help youth provision. The service specification set out the requirements for targeted youth service provision. The programme aims to deliver ‘open access’ venues, to cast as wide a net as possible to engage young people, but with a clear focus on increasing targeted early help support and intervention for those young people in greatest need and at the greatest risk of poor outcomes. Under this contract Suppliers are required to actively contribute to the achievement of social objectives. These include: skills development; employment and training opportunities within the locality of where the contract will be delivered; and other added value initiatives throughout the supply chain to support community programmes promoted by the council.
