Single Party Framework Agreement For The Supply, Delivery & Maintenance of Indoor Foliage Plant Units

Tender description

Dublin City Council proposes to establish a four year Single Party Framework Agreement for the supply and maintenance of indoor foliage plant units to Dublin City Council (DCC) Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8, and to various other DCC locations in Dublin City for a three year period from 2020-2023 with the option to extend for a further one year. Any extension will be at the sole discretion of Dublin City Council. The Framework will consists of: 1. Maintenance of existing plants, property of Dublin City Council, in the atrium and Wood Quay & Fishamble St. entrance halls at the Civic Offices, Wood Quay (see Appendix D for more details). 2. Supply and maintenance of plants, the property of the Tenderer, to locations within the Civic Offices and other locations throughout the City as indicated on Plant Location Schedule (see the table in Section 3 of the RFT for more details). The requirement of the framework consists of two pillars which must be carried out by the successful tenderer: Pillar 1 - The maintenance of the planted beds within the Civic Offices at Wood Quay. Pillar 2 - The supply and maintenance of freestanding potted plants to locations within the Civic Offices and other Dublin City Council offices located throughout the city.
