Our support processes are based on ITIL ensuring that normal operations are restored in the shortest possible time. In addition to our 24/7 service desk, we provide a comprehensive range of support services including software maintenance, training, onsite maintenance, installations and upgrades. Attached for review is a copy of our service handbook which describes in detail the support offerings we provide to NEAS (Gold Cover for Voice Recording & Silver Cover for WFM).
