The concession will be for luggage services and retailing. The positioning of the offer needs to be recognised as being of high quality whilst offering good value for money in both retail products and services including the following: 1) Retail luggage and travel accessory products; 2) Lost property management; 3) Luggage storage and related services e.g. wrapping, weighing, forwarding, insurance; 4) Other ancillary services e.g. dry cleaning note, the value of the contract shown is the value the concessionaires should pay to London Luton Airport The concession will be for term of 5 years. estimated start date June 2020.
