HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a multi-lot framework agreement for the supply of contrast media, injectors and associated consumables. The contrast media helps to contrast selected areas of the body from the surrounding tissue. It enables visibility of specific organs, blood vessels or tissues to help diagnose a range of conditions. Suppliers must possess the ability and licenses to deliver these products. The lots being tendered are: Lot 1:Contrast Media and Associated Consumables; Lot 2: Contrast Injectors and Associated Consumables; Lot 3: Mini-Competition Lot. Lot 1, supplies under this lot are intended to improve the visibility of internal organs and structures in X-ray imaging with the use of computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and/or ultrasound. Suppliers must possess the ability and relevant licenses to store, transport and deliver contrast media and any associated consumables, which shall include but not limited to: — iodine based contrast agents; Ionic and Non-ionic, — barium-sulphate, — gadolinium, — saline, and — associated consumables. Terms and conditions/activity based income (ABI) The terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Submission of expressions of interest and procurement information This exercise will be conducted on the HTE Bravo portal. Lot 2: Contrast Injectors This lot will incorporate the provision of contrast injectors and associated consumables. These products are medical devices intended for use in imaging and the administration of contrast to patients that can allow for enteral, parenteral and/or other routes of administration. Suppliers must possess the ability and licenses to store, transport and deliver injector equipment and any associated technologies and or consumables which shall include but not limited to: — contrast injectors, — associated consumables, equipment and services. HTE reserves the right to reject bids, products or services where it is deemed inappropriate, irrelevant or incompatible. One or more contracting authorities that wish to commit in advance to purchasing a particular value/volume or both of their requirements from Lot 1 and/or Lot 2 may enter into a further competition to do so pursuant to this lot on an aggregated basis. All Tenderers awarded on to Lots 1 and 2 will be automatically awarded on to Lot 3 if they confirm interest during their submission.
