TRAINING TARGETED TO HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE, FOSTER CARERS, THE LOCAL SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN PARTNERSHIP (LSCP) AND SUTTON SAFEGUARDING ADULT BOARD (SSAB) Our local training offer has been designed to contribute to our Ambitious for Sutton vision of being a borough in which all can take part and take pride. We want our workforce to have the skills, knowledge and confidence to respond to, care and promote the welfare and safeguarding needs of vulnerable adults and children through person centred, family and community orientated approaches. We are now pleased to invite bids from training providers to contribute to our strong Learning and Development (L&D) offer for the children and adults workforce in the London Borough of Sutton (LBS). Our L&D programmes are targeted to meet a diverse range of training needs and courses are delivered through a mix of commissioned training and professional expertise available locally, and comes under the management of the LBS Business and Professional Development team.
