Hosted by Warrington & Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, The North West Skills Development Network is an innovative network providing learning and development opportunities for NHS staff across: finance, informatics, payroll, procurement and associated NHS staff with the infrastructure for improving leadership and professional development skills, raising standards and sharing good practice through economy-wide learning. The specification states the requirements for the provision and delivery of Public Sector EU Procurement Academy training events. There are to be 2 events per annum (depending on demand), each consisting of 6 days (1 day per module) to be run over a 6 month period.
