Tender description

Sligo County Council wish to procure an Architect/Landscape Architect to progress the detailed design of 14 No. locations for the proposed Yeats Trail in Co. Sligo. Tenders are now invited to provide Architect/Landscape Architect services, for the detailed design of 14 bespoke sites, role of PSDP, costings & tender and construction stages of the proposed Yeats Trail. The Yeats Trail is a proposed driving trail in Co. Sligo which will deliver a location specific seat and information board at each of the 14no. locations. The proposed works should incorporate the following items at each location: • Welcome mat / area (stone / paved / concrete/ wood) • Seat (timber / steel / stone) • Tree (TBC ) • Yeats Trail symbol • Map / information board • Pedestrian counter Proposed works will be carried out on the existing car park area or existing disturbed ground beside the car park.
