Parking enforcement services

Tender description

This contract is for the provision of on-street civil parking enforcement and associated services in the county of Hampshire. The main focus of the contract will be to provide and host a full enforcement service covering the following aspects of the civil parking enforcement: 1) Supply and management of civil parking enforcement officers and associated vehicles, uniform and hardware, first level pay and display machine maintenance (e.g. unblocking machines, adding new tickets etc); 2) Provision of the back-office IT software for Penalty charge notices (PCN) processing; 3) Provision of a service to review, approve and dispatch PCNs to the registered vehicle owners and collection of payments plus debt recovery; 4) Provision of a service to manage and administer the existing residents parking and associated permits.
