320 000 Purchase of a system to provide the means to culture and undertake antimicrobial susceptibilities on urine samples to enable results to be reported within a 24 hour turnaround time from receipt of sample. The required system needs to: — provide the means to culture, identify and provide antimicrobial susceptibility results on direct urine samples, — be efficient with the ability to process 190 samples per hour, — be able to allow reading and interpretation of 190 samples per hour, — turn around 90 % of urine samples within 24 hours of receipt (receipt to printed report), — provide the above in a cost efficient manner.
