Tender description

The UK Atomic Energy Authority has a requirement for non-destructive examination for weld acceptance which it wishes to engage with the market to discuss development of its requirement. The UK Atomic Energy Authority is a non-departmental government body carrying out research into the potential of nuclear fusion as a future source of energy. The scope of work is non-destructive examination for weld acceptance in relation to pipework weld defect tolerance assessments. The responses to this notice and any subsequent conversations with suppliers will inform a future invitation to tender.
