Tender description
The contract will cover both our passenger lifts which support residents with disabilities in their homes. The contract will include repairs and maintenance, required servicing and a programme of new lift installation and refurbishment. We will require one contractor to serve all of these requirements. We will be awarding a 5-year contract with the option for a 5-year extension. Location of the work will be in the London Borough of Lewisham. The contract will cover both our passenger lifts in the blocks we manage, and also the mobility lifts which support residents with disabilities in their homes.
