Kettering Borough Council is looking to appoint a consultancy/ consultant to carry out a desktop study in relation to our leisure contract, to include some market testing and procurement strategy. NOTE: This project is time critical and requires the report to be submitted no later than 6 January 2020, unfortunately there is no flexibility on the submission date of the report. Additional information: Please note that this project is time critical and therefore if you genuinely cannot meet the Councils procurement key timescales and deadlines that you are expected to fully observe then please do not submit a bid: The procurement timescales and deadlines are: 1. Invitation to Quotation published on Contracts Finder - 27th November 2019 2. Deadline for Quotation Responses - 12 noon on 3rd December 2019 3. Quotation Evaluation - w/c 2nd December 2019 4. Award Decision - w/c 2nd December 2019 5. Proposed Contract Start Date - w/c 2nd December 2019 6.
