Tender description

Summary of requirements CIE intends to establish a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of certain corporate legal services to CIE, including its subsidiary companies, in conjunction with the CIE Group Solicitor, primarily drafting and advising on contracts set out in lots. Lot 1: Commercial Law Services Primarily drafting and advising on commercial contracts. It is intended that the term of the contract will be 3 years with an option, exercisable by CIE, to extend the term for up to 2 further periods of 12 months each. Lot 2: Non-Contentious Construction Law Services Primarily drafting and advising on construction contracts. Lot 3: Information Technology Law Services Primarily drafting and advising on information technology contracts. Lot 4: Pension Law Services Primarily advising on legal issues in relation to pensions and related law applicable to CIE’s pension schemes and drafting amendments to the said schemes.
