Tender description

Supply, installation and maintenance of a EPI2SEM is a bespoke ultra-high vacuum (UHV) cluster with 3 chambers for growth by Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE), in-situ analysis by electron spectroscopy (NanoESCA) and Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM) of semiconductors based on III-VI compounds. Installation and commissioning of the equipment to be completed and invoiced by 1.5.2021.
