Construction of 21 No. housing units including 13 no. two storey three bedroom houses, 6 no. two storey four bedroom houses with attic conversion and 2 No. single storey three bedroom houses and all associated siteworks including site clearance, site enclosures, drainage, site services, hard and soft landscaping Ballyrickard, Tralee, Co. Kerry for Kerry County Council. Tenders must be submitted via the electronic post-box available through this e-tenders contract notice. Only tenders submitted to the electronic post-box will be accepted. Please note that the e-Tenders electronic post-box facility closes at the stated date and time precisely.
