INTERNAL CLEANING SERVICES & EXTERNAL WINDOW CLEANING FOR CONNSWATER HOMES

Tender description

Clanmil on behalf of Connswater Homes Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified cleaning and window cleaning contractor to deliver this service at sites across the east of Northern Ireland. The successful tenderer must be able to provide cleaning services and window cleaning services. WINDOW CLEANING Window cleaning, to include rooflights, velux windows etc. to each of the properties to all external windows and windows to internal communal areas once per two month period (unless otherwise stated) with no more than 60 calendar days between visits. INTERNAL CLEANING Internal cleaning to each of the properties to communal areas including but not limited to stairwells, staircases, entrance spaces, communal kitchens, communal toilets, office spaces, reception areas and meeting rooms.
