North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) working for and on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement North West (Lancashire and South Cumbria) the contracting authority and under co-commissioning NHS Morecambe Bay Clinical Commissioning Group (the Commissioner), are conducting a request for information (RFI) exercise to engage with the market and obtain expressions of interest in respect of Askam surgery alternative provider medical services (APMS). The current service has circa 1 500 patients and a contract value per annum of circa 159 264 (exclusive of QoF and enhanced services).
