NAV Troms and Finnmark would like to procure the labour market initiative follow-up for persons who require more comprehensive follow-up support than what the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation can offer. The work assessment includes mapping and assessing participants' work abilities and any specific needs for assistance in getting or keeping work. The work assessment shall contribute to participants having increased insight into their options in the labour market and of their own resources and skills for work. This procurement follows the procedures for procurements in accordance with the regulations' part IV. The contracting authority reserves the right to clarify and negotiate with the tenderers to the degree that the contracting authority finds it appropriate. The service area comprises the following municipalities: Alta, Hammerfest/Kvalsund, Porsanger, Karasjok, Nordkapp, Kautokeino, Loppa, Hasvik. The estimated needs and requirements for service locations in service area A: — Alta: the service must be provided in Alta. The anticipated need is 25 parallel labour market measure places at any given time, — Hammerfest/Kvalsund: the service must be provided in Hammerfest/Kvalsund. The anticipated need is 7 parallel labour market measure places at any given time, — Porsanger: the service must be provided in Lakselv. The anticipated need is 4 parallel labour market measure places at any given time. The service must be provided as a group admission. However, individual admissions must be implemented if required and in accordance with the local NAV office, — Kautokeino: the service must be provided in Kautokeino. The anticipated need is 3 parallel labour market measure places at any given time. The service must be provided as a group admission. However, individual admissions must be implemented if required and in accordance with the local NAV office, — Karasjok: the service must be provided in Karasjok. The anticipated need is 3 parallel labour market measure places at any given time. The service must be provided as a group admission. However, individual admissions must be implemented if required and in accordance with the local NAV office, — Nordkapp, Loppa and Hasvik: the service must be provided as a group admission in accordance with the local NAV office. Estimated requirement: 1-2 groups with 3-5 participants per annum. The service must be provided in each individual municipality.
