Extension, Refurbishment and Alteration Works to Kinsale Community Hospital

Tender description

The Health Service Executive now propose a new extension to Kinsale Community Hospital , with and including internal alteration and refurbishment works to comply with statutory regulation SI 415/2013 and SI 293/2016. Works comprise New build accommodation comprising 14nr single occupancy bedrooms with ensuite facilities, recreation room, sitting room, physiotherapy room, quiet sitting room, nurse base and CNM office; Also Internal refurbishment of existing ward accommodation, ancillary support rooms, together with upgrade works to fire alarm system, emergency lighting system, general lighting and water services; together with and including external and ancillary site works.
