Folkestone & Hythe District ("the Council") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of Major Disabled Adaptations to a Council owned 3 bedroom semi-detached house, works to comprise of: • Alterations to outhouse to form accessible WC and shower room • Works to provide thermal performance for outhouse and ensure compliance with Building Regulations • Internal alterations to enhance wheelchair accessibility External alterations to enhance wheelchair accessibility The Contract is anticipated to commence in October 2019 and will continue for a period of ten weeks unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
