Tender description
The requirement is for the provision of a Financial Administration Service (FAS) to support direct payment users who would otherwise have significant difficulty in managing their accounts. Support is focused on practical aspects such as payment of invoices and expenses, maintaining records of transactions, producing periodic account statements and providing oversight of the management of the account. Currently just under one hundred people receive this additional support across Sutton. Question: Currently the London Borough of Sutton manages Direct Payment accounts through prepayment cards.
