Tender description

RTÉ intends to upgrade one of its TV studios (Studio 5) in 2019. RTÉ invites submissions from suitably qualified tenderers for the supply of equipment, system integration and associated services. The space on the studio 5 floor will be designed to accommodate an LED wall and to provide 2 presentation areas using the same camera chain. New graphics will be designed for the new video-wall to give a new look to RTÉ programmes. Tungsten lighting will be replaced with LED lighting to give the potential for daylight colour temperature. The project will provide the capability for the increased use of graphics templates. The tender will contain 2 lots: Lot 1: LED wall, video wall processor and associated system integration; Lot 2: LED lighting. Studio upgrade: Lot 1: LED wall, video wall processor and associated system integration. Studio upgrade: Lot 2 LED wall.
