Tender description

The Department for Work and Pensions through its delivery arm, the Child Maintenance Group, has undertaken a procurement exercise for the delivery of approved Child Maintenance Enforcement Agent and Arrest Warrant Services in England and Wales. The services are within scope of the social and other specific services listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and have been awarded pursuant to Regulation 74, that is under the light touch regime. The authority has used a procedure similar to the open procedure described in Regulation 27, more specifically Regulation 27 (5). The procedure included a selection stage to identify suppliers capable of providing the Services. The authority evaluated the tenders submitted by the suppliers selected in accordance with its published tender evaluation methodology and criteria contained in the ITT documentation.
