Tender description
The Ministry of Defence has awarded a five year Contract for an Assault Rifle In-line Low Light Sight. (Up to a LFR of 2400 Sights) The project covers the procurement of fused weapon mounted in line sight Night Vision Systems (NVS) with a capability that enables the Dismounted Close Combat Assault Rifle operator to acquire and engage targets in low and zero light conditions, commensurate with the daylight performance of the current in-service weapon system and day sight.
